Moderation
Submissions go live immediately — there is no pre-publish review queue and no entry fee. ProductFight may remove any listing at its discretion after the fact (see Takedown & reporting below).
Payments & Boost
Submitting a product is free. Boost is the only paid feature, and it never affects Elo — it only increases how often a product is shown in matchups, at a flat rate of $1 per minute with no cap. Boost purchases are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record; prices may display in your local currency at checkout, but the amount you receive credit for is always based on the USD amount you agreed to pay.
Refunds & payment disputes
Boost payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or at the operator's discretion — including if a listing is later removed (see Moderation above). Any dispute or chargeback filed with your card issuer is tracked automatically and can affect your ability to submit or boost in the future.
Takedown & reporting
If you're a founder who wants your product removed, or you want to report abuse, misrepresentation, or a listing you believe shouldn't be public, email support@productfight.lol.
No warranty
ProductFight is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy of listed products, or outcomes from using the site. Product claims are made by their submitters, not verified by ProductFight.
